Product Replacement Policy
At Dharohars Hand Block Prints, we value your trust and strive to deliver the finest handcrafted products. As our products are handmade, minor variations in color and design are a natural part of the process and add to their uniqueness. However, customer satisfaction is important to us.
✅ Replacement Eligibility
We offer product replacement only, subject to the following conditions:
- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
- Replacement is applicable only in case of:
1. Damaged product
2. Manufacturing defect
3. Incorrect product delivered
❌ Non-Replacement Conditions
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
- Minor color variations due to photography or screen resolution
- Handcrafted irregularities inherent to hand block printing
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Products that are used, washed, or altered
🔁 Replacement Process
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images/videos of the issue along with your order details.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
- If the same product is unavailable, a suitable alternative or store credit may be offered.
📦 Shipping for Replacement
- Replacement shipping will be arranged by Dharohars Hand Block Prints after approval.
- Processing time for replacement is 7–10 business days.
