Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

- We currently ship to addresses within [India / specify countries].

- Shipping methods include Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. The available method will be shown at checkout.

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email (or SMS/WhatsApp) with tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

- Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over ₹ 999.

- For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee of ₹ 100 will apply.

- Express Shipping charges (if available) will be calculated and displayed at checkout and depend on location and package size.

- Shipping costs and options may vary for certain remote locations — applicable charges will be shown during checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your parcel via the courier’s website or mobile app. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of dispatch, please contact us at dharoharsblocksandprints@gmail.com

6. Shipping to Remote Locations & Restrictions

- Some remote or island locations may face longer delivery times. We will inform you if we are unable to deliver to your address.

- We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

- Import duties, taxes or customs fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

- If your order is lost in transit, you must notify us at dharoharsblocksandprints@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

- If the parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or take a photo and contact us immediately.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, severe weather, natural disasters or customs processing.

8. Change of Address or Order Modifications

If you need to change your delivery address or modify your order after it’s been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
